This peaceful retreat is pet-friendly and includes complimentary beach service (seasonal) – so all you need to bring is your swimsuit and a sense of relaxation.
As you step inside, you’ll find the master bedroom immediately to your right, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom includes a garden tub, plush premium bath towels, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. It also connects to the spacious living room, where you'll find a queen-sized sofa sleeper, two cozy chairs, and another flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and everything you need to cook your favorite meals (just bring the groceries!). The dining area offers seating for four and is perfect for enjoying meals, playing cards, or planning your next beach day.
This unit also includes a private washer and dryer, making longer stays and sandy days even more convenient.

PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.
The registered guest assumes full responsibility for any pet-related damages or additional cleaning required. Pets, except for service animals, are strictly prohibited in non-pet-friendly units. By bringing a pet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
✔ Sandpiper Cove Realty, LLC, and all related parties are not liable for any claims or actions resulting from pet behavior.
✔ Only domesticated dogs or cats are allowed.
✔ Your pet must be up to date on all vaccinations (records will be checked at the gate).
✔ Pets cannot enter non-pet-friendly units under any circumstances.
✔ No unattended pets are allowed outside.
✔ Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
✔ Pets must be leashed at all times unless the unit has a fenced yard.
✔ Pets must not cause nuisance or hazards to others.
✔ Pets must not have a history of aggressive behavior.
✔ Owners assume full responsibility for their pet’s actions and well-being.

-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING is permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
-This unit comes with beach service: Two chairs and one umbrella during the seasonal months.
You will receive a door code via email within 24 hours of check-in, ensuring a contactless and convenient check-in experience.
