This entire studio features a beautiful terrace, ideal for the warm weather with a small garden lounge, in a quiet setting.
The studio is located on Place Anatole France, right in the center of Oullins, next to the main shopping street. Nearby, you'll find the Oullins Theatre, the library, the Aquarium, and the Confluence shopping center.
Quick access to the périphérique (ring road) in 5 minutes, heading toward Lyon city center and the A7 motorway to Marseille.
ATTENTION, there is no elevator.
The studio consists of:
A living area with an open, fully equipped kitchenette (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, storage cabinets, and dishes).
A table and chairs.
A double sofa bed (160x200 cm). There are curtains on the windows for nighttime privacy.
A desk area for work.
A storage closet.
A shower room with a basin and storage cabinet. WC.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Note: The WiFi and TV are temporarily unavailable.
