The house comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests. The east-wing master bedroom, situated on the upper floor level, contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a bath, private lounge, a dressing area and a balcony overlooking the lush greenery of the garden and the swimming pool below. The second bedroom is situated on the west-wing side and contains a king-size bed, dressing area with ample cupboard space, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and exits onto the patio below with views of the garden, fire pit and outdoor dining area. It contains a king-size/twin bed conversion and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Adjoining the third and fourth bedrooms is a tv lounge and dining area with smart tv, perfect for kids entertainment. Bedroom 4 comprises of a king-size bed/twin conversion and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedroom 5 consists of two bunkbeds fit for adult use. Both floors have a guest bathroom.
The open-plan living area includes an idyllic open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with fireplace, all connected to a large sundeck area overlooking the ocean. The deck features a portable gas braai, an al fresco dining table and seating area, deck chairs and outdoor sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer combinations, a top-of-the-range gas hob and electric oven, an air fryer, coffee machine, and a separate scullery with dishwasher. Starter-pack cleaning consumables and toiletries are provided.
A beautiful braai area with wood-fired braai/bbq, opens up to the garden with stunning views of the mountains. A fire pit can be found in the garden and is perfect for outdoor leisure alongside the pool.
