Let’s talk about the accommodations at the resort, which can accommodate up to 45 guests in 3 suites and 5 bedrooms with 8 full bathrooms and 10 half bathrooms on site!
There is a SUITES BUILDING with 3 guest suites, ALL with private ensuite bathrooms:
- SUITE 1: 1 King bed & double futon sofa bed, an enormous closet & a wall-mounted Smart TV!
- SUITE 2: 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin/Single Sofa Beds, a table & chairs & wall-to-wall windows with a view and access to the resort grounds
- SUITE 3: 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin/Single Sofa Beds, small table desk & a chair & wall-to-wall windows with a view and access to the resort pool!
And there is the ALDEA BUILDING with 5 bedrooms, ALL with private ensuite bathrooms:

- There are several COVERED OUTDOOR DINING areas to come together and enjoy meals. There’s one big beautiful poolside dining area, one lakeside dining area and one by the brick oven that has a lovely table for 12 and a sofa perimeter for everyone to enjoy their pizza creations!
- There are OTHER ROOMS to sit in and enjoy privacy or areas where you can work if needed and the Wi-Fi is reliable!
- We provide some ESSENTIALS upon arrival to get you started, such as toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. (Just note these items are not replenished like in a hotel.)
- And there is FREE PARKING on the premises for as many guests that arrive in vehicles!

The Acuaski Resort is an attraction in it of itself and it’s likely you will not need to go anywhere at all but here. And Acuaski Resort's stunning natural surroundings provide ample opportunities for exploration and adventure where you can embark on guided nature hikes, go fishing in the nearby rivers, or simply soak in the beauty of the landscape.
In the event you’d venture out looking for nearby activities in the Xoxocotla area, here are some main ATTRACTIONS:
- LAGO DE TEQUESQUITENGO (Tequesquitengo Lake), 10.4 km | 6.5 miles away, with tons of water sport activity, outdoor and adventure sports.

Getting Around:
For international travelers, the most convenient option is to fly into Mexico City International Airport (MEX) and arrange for ground transportation from there or rent a car. It’s 124 km | 77.3 miles from MEX airport to the resort.
You can also fly into Toluca International Airport (TLC) as an alternative which is 166 km | 103 miles from the property.
Once at the resort, if you arrive by car, there is plenty of parking available onsite.
Other Things to Note:
Guests over the property’s max capacity of 45 are only allowed subject to approval and will incur extra fees per guest.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Adult supervision is required if traveling with children (minors under 18).
- No cigarette smoking is allowed inside any rooms of any villa. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. The use of any recreational drugs (including cannabis) on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No more guests than the max capacity of the property (45) allowed on a reservation. Any guest count over the max capacity will be subject to approval and incur an additional charge per guest.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed as long as they are friendly and sociable with other dogs and customers onsite and not aggressive. Owners must pick up after their pets (their waste). We are not responsible for any pets.
- Guests must sign a release liability waiver to use the cable ski.
