Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking party + all guests must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement will result in eviction without any refund.
- A signed rental agreement and security deposit of $375 are required. Failure to complete will result in check-in instructions not being released, and the reservation will be forfeited without a refund.
- This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit (inside or out). There is designated smoking in front of the building.
- Check-in starts at 4:00pm CST; Check-out is 10:00am CST
- Parking & Resort Passes: Regency Towers charges a $40 fee for 2 parking passes and an additional $15 per vehicle w/ a limit of 3. You must go to the front desk to obtain your parking pass and resort wristbands. This fee is separate from your nightly rate.
- Quiet hours 10:00pm CST– 8:00 am CST
- No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from the host. Extra guest fees may apply.
- The condo is stocked with bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and toilet paper, starter paper towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Any additional supplies needed for your stay are your responsibility.
