The owner reserves the right to call the police if neighbors file a complaint.

- Pets are not allowed.

- It is forbidden to throw objects, cotton, sanitary pads, makeup wipes, etc into the toilet, as this may cause blockages in the building’s plumbing.

- If minor damage occurs to low-value items during normal use (e.g a glass, a plate, etc.), the deposit will not be affected. Any other type of damage will result in a deduction from the security deposit equivalent to the replacement value.
