One of the most outstanding features of this residence is the private swimming pool (12m x 6m) with the sea view.
Despite the quiet location, you can reach the city via a good road in just 10 minutes. Small shops are also available in close proximity. Ideal for family reunions, holidays with family and friends, company retreats and remote work.

FIRST FLOOR: magnificent bright entrance, 2 huge (150 square meters) richly decorated rooms with fireplace, dining room with extendable table up to 14 seats, "country chic" kitchen complete with all accessories (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, traditional pizza oven & wood fire equipment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), two double bedrooms, one living room with fireplace with a convertible sofa for two people, a cloakroom, 1 full bathroom and one restroom. All bedrooms are equipped with new mosquito nets.
SECOND FLOOR: Suite with the sea view and a separate full bathroom, a big double bedroom with the garden view, bathroom (shower and hot tab), a small double bedroom with a cloakroom and sea view balcony, a small home office space with a convertible sofa for two people. All bedrooms are equipped with new mosquito nets.
BASEMENT: laundry room with washing machine and iron.
GARDEN: Entirely fenced and embellished with centuries-old trees, offering a large shady area ideal for relaxation and reading. Big seasonal private pool, chairs, deckchairs, tennis court with all necessary equipment, soccer goals.
SERVICES: Free Wi-Fi having a mesh network to ensure coverage across the entire property, independent heating (for consumption), projector with Netflix and other subscriptions to watch movies indoor or outdoor, hairdryers, bed linens and towels.
