This home's interior is designed with vintage style and a touch of modern fixtures which makes it picturesque. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a huge backyard with hot tub, fire pit, and more ample spaces enough for a huge family to have a homelike stay. You will also be close by many Ski resorts, Golf clubs, and Museums!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire property, EXCEPT the garage or basement. Please, make yourself at home!

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so almost all errands require a car.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.

➤ Please be informed that we have two (2) security cameras on the property. Both cameras are located outside the house for the safety of our guests and property. These CCTVs are actively recording.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ NOTE: We have a weekly maintenance scheduled for the pool and hot tub during your stay.
A professional will come by to remove any leaves or debris from the pool area and clean the hot tub by adding necessary chemicals. This process is quick and efficient, and should not disrupt your stay in any way. This ensures that the pool and hot tub are clean and safe for your use throughout your visit.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
