The Space:
Modern and designed to impress, we are sure you will love this home! As you arrive, you'll find plenty of parking in the double garage and driveway space, along with a mini basketball set up ready for a friendly game!
When you enter you will find a cosy living area featuring a smart TV and a comfy couch which converts into a double sofa bed. On the opposite side of the hallway is a separate toilet and the master suite, with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and TV.
The ensuite features a walk-in shower, raised bathtub and connects to the dual single bedroom. This room has a walk-in wardrobe, 2 long single beds which can be joined together to form a king and a lounge space with a smart TV. Plus, you can enjoy spectacular views right from the comfort of your bed!
In the main living, kitchen and dining space. In the dining, choose between 2 dining options: a stunning timber 10-seater dining table or a booth-style setup where the river views continue. The fully appointed kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, essentials and a pod coffee machine.
In the living room, you'll find a large couch and various entertainment options, such as a smart TV, board games, kids’ books and toys and reading material.
A desk overlooks the backyard and river, perfect for catching up on work with a view. Need some peace and quiet? There's also a private study room available.
Along the hallway, there is an additional bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a laundry and 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom features plenty of storage, 2 housing queen beds and the other featuring a double. The laundry includes all the essentials, including a washing machine and dryer.
You have your own private deck including outdoor seating area complete with a BBQ and backyard access. Here you'll have the best seat in the house, enjoying the river views from a closer angle. Embrace the friendly atmosphere of the downstairs shared backyard, where you can relax on lounge chairs in the sun, enjoy a bounce on the in-built trampoline, toast up a marshmallow on the firepit or take a refreshing dip in the river!

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to their self-contained apartment at any time via an electronic door code. The communal backyard, patio, and BBQ area are shared spaces, providing a friendly atmosphere for interaction with residents from the three other apartments in the complex. Please note that the spa room is locked at all times.

The property is a part of a complex featuring 4 different accommodation options housing up to 23 guests! Your unit is in the same building; however, separate to the other apartments. The backyard, BBQ and patio area is shared with the complex. If you would like to book multiple, or the entire complex, please contact us for further information and links.
Just a heads-up: The additional sleeping arrangement is a double fold-out sofa bed in the first living room. Feel free to use it, but please note that it won't be pre-made. Guests can find the linen in the master suites walk-in wardrobe. Thanks for your understanding.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
