NOTE: It is important to mention that there is construction on the main road (just outside the flat) at the moment with no specified completion date, so please be aware of this.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has bunk beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is conveniently connected to both bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests and contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
