The colour palette and materials in the living room are beautifully coordinated and balanced, from the rich fabrics of the soft furnishings to the marble countertops (Tulikivi), complemented by oak floorboards and detailed wooden cladding. The room's deep wood tones vary with the light let in by the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a golden hue in the evenings. The wide sea views are only briefly interrupted by a few pine trees emerging from openings in the massive 500m2 seafront terrace. Depending on the season the two central sliding doors can open fully to extend the living area onto the seafront terrace.

This area is connected to the main villa by a large sliding glass door and additionally to the guest house on the adjacent side. It has telescoping doors on its East and West facing sides meaning the area can be completely opened up to the outside. In the centre of the area is a wood fired stove and a dining table set. This is also the area that we keep the gas BBQ so that meals can be cooked outside in any season protected from the weather. For those wanting to connect with nature even more, there is a comfy double bed so you can stoke up the fireplace and sleep beneath the glass roof.

Leading from the main villa via the Glass-Encased Pergola, you'll find the secluded guest house. This space too boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views, along with a comfortable 180cm SuperKing Size bed. It includes a private workspace, complete with an elegant desk. The guest house is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, ample storage space for clothes, and comes with an espresso machine and mini-fridge.

It features comfortable seating and also provides wonderful views of the sea and terrace through its south and west-facing glass walls. A versatile sofa bed in this space can be transformed into either a double bed or two single beds. Within the living area, you'll find a private en-suite half bathroom and a storage space equipped with a coffee machine and a mini fridge.
However, this area also serves as the villa's exclusive home theatre, crafted for an unparalleled cinematic experience. It boasts a 135" screen, a 4k projector, and a top-tier Genelec Dolby Atmos sound system, ensuring a truly exceptional viewing and listening experience.

The excellent carpentry and thick wood planks follow the high standard already set by the rest of the property and the large wood fired stove is plenty powerful to provide an excellent steam for a sauna even of this size. Directly outside the sauna is a large marble wet room with double showers and a door directly leading you to the terrace.

Stepping outside from the Sauna house onto the 500m wooden terrace, you'll find the Drop design pool - a large circular jacuzzi with ambient lighting and massage jets a Drop outdoor fire pit and a comfortable outdoor furniture set. Like the sauna, this is the best area to catch the sunset and enjoy the late summer evenings.
