Enjoy Old Town La Quinta for a delicious meal, for shopping, or the Farmer's Market on Sundays just 5 minute walk away. Just 7 miles from Coachella, 4 miles from Indian Wells Tennis and 5 miles from Stagecoach. It’s the perfect spot to stay at while enjoying the festivals! Palm Springs is just a 30 min drive.
The condo is in the same complex as the Embassy Suites Hotel, but is not associated with it. Guests are not permitted to access hotel facilities or amenities like their gym or their indoor pool, though there is a great restaurant inside that is open to the public.
There is ample parking around the complex. There are no assigned spaces, but you can park anywhere around the condos or hotel (unless the space is marked as reserved for hotel staff, which only a few are).

Escape to the desert in style and unwind amidst majestic mountain views at a condo that's walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and artist studios in Old Town La Quinta. Our upper-level condo is newly remodeled and includes all the comforts of home while offering an upscale feel. Most of the artworks are original paintings from a Southern California artist. There are 4 pools and spas in the complex that will be yours to enjoy.
Our outdoor patio has two chairs and a small table. It overlooks one of the pools and offers a peak of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains, too! It's a charming spot to work, enjoy a meal, or just unwind as you enjoy the sun.
The bedroom offers a luxurious King-size bed and large walk-in closet. Room darkening shades can keep the sunlight out if you'd like to sleep in as well as sheers for privacy and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. There's a 40” Smart-TV where you can stream content from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. and a full cable package with premiums as well. There's also a desk where you can get a bit of work done if needed.
In the living room, there's a gas fireplace below that is instant on for those colder winter nights. The 48” cable-connected Smart-TV has over 400 channels. There's a comfy couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed.
The kitchen has a beautiful black granite countertop dining station with 4 bar stools, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and is fully stocked with most items needed to make a meal. We have a blender, toaster, tea kettle, and drip coffee maker. We have plenty of wine glasses, dishes, cups, etc.
The countertop space is quite large and can be a great work space if needed. We have fast WiFi and are a great spot for remote work.
There is also a double stack washer and dryer right in the kitchen for ease of use and detergent is provided.
The condo is situated in a very walkable area, with a Walk Score of 81 out of 100 and Old Town with restaurants and shopping just a 5 minute walk across the street.
However, there is minimal public transportation services available nearby.
If driving in, there is plenty of parking in the complex as well as EV chargers for your use.
If flying in the best option is to rent a car.
Lyft and Uber are also good to get around.

You will have access to all 4 outdoor pool and spa areas. Pool and spa hours are 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
