Three Bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a dedicated desk area, and a sliding glass door to enter/exit the backyard pool area. The Primary also contains an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both feature Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. Additional half-bathroom is by the front door in the hallway.

Pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, and silverware to handle up to eight guests. All the fixings for your next delicious family meal. Guests have full use of the home including the washer and dryer and garage. There are three different thermostats and AC units along with ceiling fans throughout. -Guest can park in the two-car garage or the large driveway. HOA does not allow overnight street parking.
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
