Stay comfortably
Bedrooms: 2
One king bedroom with the option to split into two singles and one Queen bedroom. All featuring hotel standard linen. A cot for infants can be supplied on request.
Designed to provide restful nights for families and groups of friends.
Bathrooms: 2
Two ensuite bathrooms. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper.
Kitchen and living area:
Open plan kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen sits above the lounge area making it a social place for cooking & entertainment. The lounge area has a two sofas, a wood burner and heat pump to keep you toasty. The lounge area leads out to a large decking - perfect spot to soak in the stunning sunsets!
The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide the basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.
Parking:
Off street parking for convenience. Note there are some steps to walk to the front door. Minimal steps throughout the home.
Laundry:
A washing machine & dryer is available for use throughout your stay.
Surroundings:
Amazing location!
- Just over 5 minute drive to town
- 20 minutes drive to Remarkable & coronet ski field access road.
- 20 minutes drive to Airport.
- Easily accessible bus route to Frankton & Arrowtown for those who choose not to rent a vehicle. note there is a slightly steep climb back to our home from the bus stop.
- Scenic walking trail to town (45mins -1hr) along Sunshine Bay lake track. Note its a steep walk back home! In to town is mainly downhill
Public transport
Ubers and taxis are readily available. A bus stop can be accessed on Fernhill road, just a 5 minute walk away.
Full access to the house.
I'll be available via the app or phone call for anything needed.
Some steps from carparking to front door, from kitchen to lounge & from one of the bedrooms to bathroom area. This may not be suitable for all guests.
Things to note:
3% of your booking fee is non refundable due to bank charges out of our control. A pre authorized charge will be placed on your card 2 days before check out - this is a security deposit & will be refunded automatically if no damages occur.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking. If evidence of indoor smoking is found, a minimum $200 NZD fee will apply for deep cleaning.

We ask that you treat the home with care.
If any damage occurs, keys are lost, noise complaints arise, or an unnecessary callout is required due to guest actions, we reserve the right to charge $60/hr + GST for management time.
👉 Please note: Callouts required after 5:00pm or on weekends/public holidays may incur a higher fee to reflect after-hours service costs.
👥 Guest Numbers & Age Requirement
The lead guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. We reserve the right to ask you to cancel your booking if you do not meet the above requirements. We may request ID verification for all guests.
The total number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation.

To respect our neighbours, we ask for quiet time between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
Noise complaints may incur a minimum $100 NZD fee.

- All linen is professionally hired — any missing or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if house rules are not followed. Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities and additional management fees may apply.
