With a surface area of 400m² and 4 bedrooms including 7 beds, the Anet 2 house is laid out as follows:
- Ground floor: one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC, a cinema room for your film evenings.
- 1st floor: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, guaranteeing the privacy of each guest, outdoor swimming pool reserved exclusively for the main house but only available when the main house is not booked.
- In the basement: an outbuilding integrated into the garage, including a bathroom and WC, ideal for guests or as additional space, a fully equipped gym to maintain your exercise routine, a modern kitchen to prepare your meals, a massage table for ultimate relaxation, a charming garden to enjoy quiet moments or outdoor activities.

A13 freeway: Take the A13 freeway towards Rouen. This freeway is known as one of the main routes out of Paris to the west of France.
Exit to Dreux: Follow the A13 to the exit for Dreux, a town near Anet. The freeway exit leads to the N12, another main road that you'll take for a short distance.
Direction Anet: From the N12, follow the signs for Anet. The road passes through picturesque towns and villages, offering a glimpse of the French countryside.
