This newly-built gem stands where the historic Whitfield Lodge once was, boasting 4 spacious bedrooms and a mesmerizing loft. With 5,000 sq. ft. of mesmerizing property, you'll be captivated by unrivaled water vistas. Marvel at the culinary haven of an exquisite kitchen featuring a grand island, dual breakfast bars and chef-grade appliances, all awaiting your creative touch. Not to mention that it offers super fun water toys and the ultimate relaxation that you deserve!

The open floor plan encompasses the sitting area, kitchen, dining area, and game area flanked by large windows overlooking the sparkling water.
- The sitting room features comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted 75” Smart TV. Between the sitting and dining areas, there’s a cozy double-sided crystal fireplace.
- We’ve outfitted the home with foosball, ping pong, and billiards tables for at-home entertainment!
- A high-end kitchen integrated with LG appliances such as a large fridge/freezer, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, you’ll enjoy a Kitchen Aid gas stove top, Visionary toaster, Keurig coffee machine, Salton kettle, Ninja blender, an additional beverage fridge, and a wine rack. This space features a 75” Smart TV if you’d like to watch your favorite cooking show while creating your own masterpiece.
- A stylish dining table with 8 chairs and a bench for enjoying sit-down meals with your group. There’s also a kitchen island with 5 stools and a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
- On the home’s upper level, there’s a reading nook with a queen daybed. You’ll also find an office desk and chair tucked away that provide a quiet place to work on the laptop if needed.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
