A lovely large house on the edge of Grevie community, right next to the fine nature reserve Sinarpsdalen. Here you live with plenty of social space and tastefully decorated. Grevie is located right in the heart of the Bjäre Peninsula and it is close to both lovely beaches and small fishing villages. A perfect starting point for exploring all your new favorite places in the area. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and from here an exit to a glazed conservatory with a dining table and a terrace. The heart of the house is a large living room with comfortable sofas and a dining room as well as a wood-burning stove. From here there is an exit to the rear terrace, protected from view with nature as a neighbour. In the other part of the house there is a guest room with a bunk bed and lovely sitting area with large glass sections. This floor has a guest toilet. On the second floor there is a library and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed with access to a balcony. From here you can see the sea on the horizon. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller TV room with seating and a wood burning stove. There is also a bathroom with shower and sauna as well as a laundry room. Adjacent to the back of the plot is Sinarpsdalen with several hiking trails and paths in an undulating landscape. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. Fishing license required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Bjäre golf club.
