You’ll find a great mix of local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within minutes. Jefferson Park, one of Seattle’s largest green spaces, is nearby and features stunning views of the city skyline and Mount Rainier, along with walking trails, a golf course, and playgrounds.
Beacon Hill is also well-connected, making it easy to reach downtown, the stadiums, and major attractions by car or public transit. Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, Beacon Hill is a wonderful place to call home during your stay.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy and convenient. Beacon Hill is a walkable area with nearby parks, cafes, and restaurants just a short stroll away. For exploring beyond the neighborhood, public transit is easily accessible. For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. Two cameras monitor the alleyway. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay.
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty all the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked
- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
