Our beautiful and spacious family home is ready to accept guests looking to explore York. We have lots of storage for your clothes so there's no need to pack light.
Our home offers the perfect escape for those looking to get the most out of the city, and have somewhere peaceful to come back to. With a playground right next to the house, and a large TV and dining area, there's lots of things available to keep the while family entertained.

The space
Ground Floor
As you step into our bright hallway, you'll be greeted by a charming little shoe cupboard, perfect for tucking away your outdoor gear. Just off the hallway, you'll find a small yet convenient toilet, complete with a wash basin and W/C.
Follow the path through to our spacious kitchen, a roomy haven that's flooded with natural light. The heart of our home, this kitchen boasts a large dining table where you can gather for hearty breakfasts and delightful dinners. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just in need of a pick-me-up, our Nespresso coffee machine has you covered.
And for quick bites or toasting some delicious bread, you'll find a kettle and toaster at your disposal. If you're looking to whip up something more substantial, our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
First Floor
Ascend to the first floor, where comfort and relaxation await. This is where you'll discover our lounge area, thoughtfully designed with two large and incredibly comfortable sofas. For those extra guests or a cozy movie night, the armchair can be easily transformed into a sofa bed. Entertainment is taken care of with a generously sized Sony TV, offering access to Netflix and a range of streaming services for your enjoyment.
Also on this floor, you'll find one of our double bedrooms, featuring a snug double bed that promises restful nights. The main bathroom, spacious and well-appointed, comes complete with a W/C, a soothing bath, and a convenient shower over the bath.
Second Floor
On the second floor, you'll uncover the gem of our home - the master bedroom. This sanctuary offers ample storage space for all your belongings, so there's no need to pack light. The beautiful en suite bathroom is a haven in itself, equipped with a separate shower and a luxurious bath unit. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Exterior
Step outside to our private garden, a peaceful oasis fenced off for your privacy. Here, you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating, creating the ideal setting for those nights when you want to cook and dine alfresco. Whether it's a family barbecue or a quiet evening under the stars, our garden provides the perfect backdrop for your outdoor moments.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Pass the Keys® is a Property
