Welcome to Wild Dunes Hideaway, a luxurious vacation rental nestled within the exclusive Wild Dunes Resort on the serene Isle of Palms. This brand-new, expertly decorated five-bedroom beach house offers a tranquil escape for discerning guests seeking comfort and convenience. Boasting an open-concept living area, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and spacious bedrooms designed for optimal relaxation. Guests can unwind in the private pool and hot tub, or enjoy a quick five-minute stroll to the pristine beach for a day of sun and surf.
Experience luxury and convenience at this home, complete with an elevator for easy access to all floors. Each of the five bedrooms includes its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room featuring a double bed and two twin beds.
Step onto the screened porch through oversized dual sliding glass doors, where a cozy living space and a dining table that seats 10 await. Beyond the porch lies the elevated pool and hot tub, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.
Wild Dunes Hideaway is more than just a vacation rental – it is a sanctuary where guests can savor the best of coastal living. Just a short drive from downtown Charleston, guests can explore premier restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, or stay close to home and indulge in the amenities of Wild Dunes Resort, including award-winning golf courses, restaurants, spa services, and a nearby marina offering dining, fishing charters, and eco boat tours.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 5 vehicles can be parked at this property.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Resumen: Beautiful new home, in a great location. The home is impeccably decorated, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the screened in porch with large dining area is an added bonus. The pool and hot tub have light features which makes an evening swim even more enjoyable. Every bedroom has charging stations for electronics and night lights in the bedroom/bathroom. If you choose to cook your own meals, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, dining ware etc. and it’s equipped with two dishwashers making clean up very easy. It’s a short walk to the beach and the sidewalks throughout Wild Dunes are ideal for a long walk. Staying at this home ensures you will have a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to our next visit!
