- Located on the middle floor of Aqua 4, this 3 BR condo was amazing designed and prepared full equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
- The living room has a big couch, big oled 65 inch LG TV with soundbar and 4k Cable TV network + NETFLIX when you want to watch some TV series. In the living room has a huge balcony with wide river view at daylight and stuning city view at nightlight. A balcony comfort seats are for you when you want to read a book while enjoying perfect view. The dining table to enjoy a nice home cooked meal or you can use it as desk if working. We also set up working corners for you in the apartment. We have fully equipped kitchen to make your morning home breakfast - please feel free to make yourself at home.
- The bedrooms have firm but comfortable 28in Dunlopillo mattresses, we have extra topper on the mattress, the 4K Sony Smart TV with cable TV + NETFLIX is every rooms, and windows that bring in plenty of natural light to brighten up your stay and great view from Saigon River and Bitexco Financial Tower. From every bedrooms you can see the stuning view of "Victoria Harbour, Hongkong" in the downtown of HCMC. Bathrooms are shower and bathtube with a soap, shampoo, shower gel and towels. We also have your own washer and celling clothes laundry rack to do your laundry at your own place. We do cleaning and laundry service for you if need. This condo is perfect for vacation and instant worthy!
- The Aqua 4 is 10 mins away to Landmark 81 (L81) and 5 mins away downtown of district 1 by walking. L81 is a highest skyscraper in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We also have a beautiful and huge nature park around the L81 building. Beside the park, we have a harbor for water bus, canoes and yacht in and out. District 1 where you can see the mix between traditional and modern living styles, is known as the downtown of Ho Chi Minh city. This is the perfect place to explore the LOCAL LIVING and is for those who enjoy the outdoor greenery.
- Check IN: 3 PM and Check OUT: 11 AM. I and my bellman will support to keep your luggages in case you arrive early on check in day or you have late fight on your check out day. This service is free in 2 hours from checkout time then after that time I charge 8$ per hour for next waiting hours. If you stay with me more than 3 days, I waive this fee for you
★ Surveillance Camera always on live in the ceiling of main door hallway and connect to our security department. Following our goverment protection laws, law enforcement request to set up camera there for your own safety, anti-prostitution, anti-criminal, anti-thief and anti-drug actives in house.
- You will have your own condo with your own doorcode for the smartlock, private entrance and exit, no share with other guests or owner. You will have the bellman who will open the security doors and call the elevators for you all the time to access the building, gym and pool area.
You are able to walk in and out as your home, so please take advantage of other facilities in the building such as gym and pool.
You have a gym with modern equipment on the first floor of Aqua 4, as well as convenience store Mini stop. at ground floor of Aqua 2 for all your need that closes at 22:00 but no worry , a 7/11 open 24/7 at the ground floor of Lux 6.
The bank and ATM is 5 mins by walking.
- All information about tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket, entertainment services in Ho Chi Minh will be noted in the guidebook. For further information, please feel free to contact me at anytime
- The reception area, bellman and host are also available 24/7 support you when you have any immediate issue.

- AIRPORT PICK UP: You should inform us about your flight arrival time and flight number at least 1 business day in advance. In case of any unexpected events such as, flight delays/cancellations please inform us as soon as possible. Its cost 15$/4 seats and 25$/7 seats wait for you in 1:30 hour. Extra 5$/hour for waiting time at airport and 5$/hour on traffic hours ( 6:30am-8:30am and 5pm-7pm). 30% OFF PICK UP SERVICE: stay more than 3 days.
★ Guest access:
★NOTE★ The Management Board has changed new policies for system security from 06/2019. They update multiple layers of Security by using fingerprints for our tower and NOT ALLOW the guests doing fingerprints access. Thus my bellman or I will help you to enter the building everytime you come back. We will open security doors and elevators for you, then you can go up and enter room by yourself★
- Curfew: 19 hours access, 7:00am to 2:00am next morning , I and my bellman will open the security doors, elevators and gym for you. In case you have to come home later than 2:00 am, I still support extra bellman server till 4AM but you have to pay for $15/hour. Please text or call our hotline 10 mins before you need our support.
- No Curfew: 24 hours access, paid 55$/night. Please tell us in 2 days advance if you want to have 24h access so we can arrange the bellman for you.

★ Interaction with guests:
- We respect the privacy of our guests but we will always be there when you should ever need anything. We live in the apartment close by you so we can show up anytime. Please feel free to contact me when you have any question of if there is maintenance problem in the unit( e,g. water leak, electrical issues). I am always available for assistance during your stay via phone, Airbnb message, iMessage, watsap, Viber, Zalo. Some days in weeks i have busy schedule, I can’t help you then my staffs will come to meet you and support you. I speak English and Vietnamese

★ Other things to note:
- Hotline number: I will sent you our hotline number and my number after you complete booking my apartment

**Visa: You need visa to get into Vietnam from some nationality, please make sure you are on the right track to enter Vietnam.
Upon your arrival day we will meet you at the lobby to take you to your apartment. Please inform us beforehand about your flight arrival details, such as your arrival time, check in time or flight numbers as soon as possible
★ Getting Around
*** Saigon is a chaos city with a lot of motorbike so we hope you will be ok by many motorbiker on the road. When you are walking, keep your belongings safe. BAG SNATCHER and PICK POCKETING are a big issues here. Unfortunately, especially if you are a tourist, we don't want your holiday to be ruined. Be carefully please!!!

You can walk around, cross our streets, get some local food Banh Mi and go to riverside to watch the sunset. You are only a walking distance away from many restaurants and markets, but taxis readily available too for ~15k VND, but Grab/Vato are the cheapest option to get around with no hassle (for raining day, don’t choose Grab because it is more expensive than taxi.) They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic such as GoViet,Vato and Grab. You can download their apps on your smartphone and you need a local simcard to book their service. Also, if you choose Taxi, please go with Vinasun or MaiLinh.
