This is our most practical villa. Suitable for a family with one child, it has a main suite with a large bathroom and a small suite with it's own bathroom.
An inclined ramp to the terrace, the garden and pool makes it well suited for a disabled person.
Whether you are two or three adults, alone or with your family, Shalimar Villa is for you!
Nestled in a lush, jungle setting, five minutes by scooter from the beautiful beaches of the Koh Phangan west coast, this beautiful Balinese-style villa can accommodate two people in the main bedroom plus a third person can sleep on a comfortable bed in the living room.
The villa is 65 square meters with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, separate W.C an American kitchen and a terrace with tables, chairs and hammock overlooking a private tropical garden and pool. There is a queen size bed, plus an comfortable, convertible sofa bed for a third person in the living room if you need. Families are welcome.
Large, glass sliding doors give the sensation of living in a Thai rain forest with coconuts, tropical plants and flowers. There are several kinds of birds who make their home on the property as well and their various calls can be heard throughout the day.
The villa has air-conditioning, a strong wifi connection and several other amenities such as on-site massage are available.

We are located away from the main roads but still close enough to reach the many beaches and villages on the Island. We are not a party place, and we strive to preserve the quiet ambience of the jungle and nature. Coconut Lane Villas is a meditative space, for your private yoga practice or writing your latest bestseller. Spend the day poolside or venture by scooter to one of Koh Phangan’s many spectacular sandy beaches. The ocean is warm, averaging 26 to 28 degrees depending on the time of year.
Koh Phangan is noted for it’s endless variety of food. From healthy vegan and vegetarian to the best traditional Thai recipes, and everything in between, you can enjoy some of the best cuisine that Thailand has to offer.
The villages of Srithanu and Wok Tum are only five minutes away by motorbike.
Wok Tum, is a very nice place to watch the sunset and you will also find many restaurants, bars, markets, 7-Elevens and the main beach in Srithanu.
Continuing up the west coast, you will enjoy the wonderful beaches: Haad Son, Haad Chao Pao, Haad Yao, Haad Salad, Koh Maa until you arrive in Chaloklum the main fishing village on the Island where we highly recommend you try the squid at any of the local restaurants.
From Chaloklum, don't hesitate to take a long-tail boat (fisherman's boat) and discover beaches less accessible by motorbike such as Bottle beach or Thong Nai Pan.
Thong Sala, your arrival point at the ferry pier is located only 10 minutes by motorbike from Coconut Lane Villas. Here you will find everything you need. Visit Phantip Market, Pharmacies, the Saturday Walking Street Market, Tesco, Macro and many other shops and services.
If you wish to install a Thai SIm card in your mobile, they are available at many places and the prices for data and call is very reasonable.
There are modern hospitals on the Island, also some excellent dentists if you need.
Then, the Koh Phangan night life is in Baan Tai (25 minutes from Coconut Lanes). There you will find many different restaurants, bars, Muay Thai Boxing and much more.
On the southeast corner of Koh Phangan is Haad Rin, world famous for it’s monthly (and notorious) Full Moon Party.

When you arrive at the Raja Ferry Pier you will be greeted by many local taxi drivers to bring you here. Expect to pay around 250 Thai Baht per passenger.
