Villa Evelina has three floors connected by internal stairs. The ground floor welcomes guests into a majestic entrance hall dominated by the staircase set into the elegant structure of the villa. Continuing on, you come to the eat-in kitchen, with period furniture but equipped with modern appliances and with direct access to the garden, the dining room, embellished by the presence of a grand piano, the living room and, finally, the winter garden, which allows guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding landscape, with a breathtaking view of the lush garden and the lake that extends to the horizon. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, of whinch one with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. Continuing up to the second floor, you come to a double bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom with shower, and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.
