This newly built high-end villa offers direct access to the beach right across from the famous Pinel Island. This home away from home is brand new and has been on the rental market since January 2024. This explains the lack of reviews on this property. Villa Coco is a fully equipped 3-bedroom private villa set in a natural tropical environment. Five-star amenities and breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea and St-Barths will make your stay extraordinary. This property offers a private pool, a white sand beach and direct access to the ocean for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or snorkelling. It is located in a very calm residential neighbourhood called Cul-de-Sac on the French side of the island. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis to relax and enjoy the Sun, this is the place. You can enjoy the quiet scenery and be close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Villa Coco is 5 minutes from Anse Marcel which offers restaurants, shopping and a calm beach. Furthermore, you will be 10 minutes away from bustling Orient Bay with it’s multiple beach restaurants and shops and 10 minutes away from Grand Case known to be the culinary capital of the Caribbean boasting it’s many award winning restaurants. If you prefer to stay in, you will be 5 minutes away from grocery stores, bakeries and liquor stores. Take-out is also accessible for those nights when you want to stay cosy in this little piece of paradise.
Each room has been decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. All three bedrooms have king sized beds with soft and luxuriously smooth bed linens and sheets. The mattresses are all brand new, top of the line and hotel grade. The bedrooms all have large closets with plenty of shelving and a hanging wardrobe. The use of calming neutral colors and natural materials all through the house keeps the ambience calm and elegant. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, cookware and dinnerware. You will find everything you need to prepare a 5 course meal or a simple snack. It also has a very big eat in kitchen island with natural stone counters that offers more counter space, more storage and an additionnal eating area. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and offers breathtaking ocean views. It has a chic all linen sofa and two accent chairs that offer comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view or the wall mounted Smart TV.
As to enjoy the sea air and views, the outside terrasse also offers a covered dining area with a large table seating 8 to 10 people and a covered lounge with a sofa and armchairs. The pool is completely private for your enjoyement.
