Depending on the season, one could have the opportunity to rest their eyes on foliage color change in the fall, snow in winter and the occasional rain storm passing through.
- Close to amenities: Despite its private location, our rental is just a stone's throw from all the amenities you need. You'll find restaurants, shops, and other attractions just a short drive away, so you can easily explore everything the area has to offer.

The house design offers cathedral ceilings and a loft area creating a sense of space and airiness, while the layout lends to cozy and intimate settings.
Over 25 windows help to capture plenty of light and spectacular views! Curtains can be pulled for down time in the living area.
Screened in porch with access from two bedrooms and living room allow for sitting when the weather feels just right. The property is treated for mosquitos however the screen porch is added security from flying pests. Also, a brand new Jacuzzi tub to help relax tired muscles.
Covered porches are available on three sides of the home. These are acceptable areas for smoking if desired. Please no smoking inside.
Yoga platform for those early morning stretches or sunning deck for those summer day rays.
Floor to ceiling two sided gas fireplace compliments those chilly fall and winter evenings.

A10x10 outdoor kennel and dog house is provided if needed. Please provide your own food and water bowl. Please dispose of your pet waste as you would in any public place. A water hose is close by if additionally needed. Two dogs maximum. Due to family members allergies, no cats inside of home please.
Free parking area will accommodate boat, camper or motorcycle trailer and turning. Covered parking for motorcycles or UTVs can be provided if giving prior notice.

Paved driveway takes you up to the top of the hill where ample parking is available. Area is large enough to accommodate trailer or boat parking and turning.
