Dave was very responsive and had a list of recommendations. Easy walk into town. We played pickleball at the nearby courts. Beautiful private porch with plenty of comfortable seating is a great place to start and end the day. The photos do not do it justice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As you enter your private luxury suite through the open living/kitchen space you’ll find eclectic furnishings and modern art to greet you. The couch and lounge chairs beckon, and the 55 inch smartTV allows you to log into your own account on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc so you can enjoy your personalized TV experience. The eat-in kitchen island seats four, and you’ll love cooking on the gas range. You will find a full size refrigerator, gigantic chef’s sink and cutting board, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave.
The spa experience full bath has a modern vibe with double sinks and a luxury shower with pebble floor and a shower seat. You’ll love getting ready in the morning!
Down the hall from the bath you’ll find the modern bedroom, with sliding doors that open onto your own private deck. You’ll sleep like a baby in the king size bed, with luxury linens and pillows. There’s a desk in the bedroom so you can get work done, as well as a closet for your hanging clothes and drawers for more storage. There’s also a smartTV in the bedroom - just sign into your apps and let the binge watching begin!

This property is a duplex - in between the two units is the utility room that we call “the knuckle” with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a full bath with a bathtub/shower. We also enjoyed all the extras....gated property (felt very safe and private), common area in yard (including the play area for games) and extra bathroom and bath, coffee, and half and half, and hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel for showers. We were soo relaxed, wanted to leave shades open the entire time to enjoy the beauty of the gardens.” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
