Some of the must-visit attractions you can find nearby include Rehoboth Beach, Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, Jungle Jim's, Gordons Pond State Park Area, Delaware Seashore State Park, and The Lewes Historical Society Main Campus.
Out back, you’ll find a patio area with a gas grill and picnic table for casual meals and cookouts enjoyed alfresco. Enter the home from the second-level main living area where you’ll find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen - perfect for whipping up elaborate meals or just a frothy summer drink. Plenty of indoor seating is available at the dining room table and adjacent bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room offers comfy seating and a large smart TV. Step out to the balcony to enjoy some chit-chat or a quiet cup of coffee. Three bedrooms are located on the top level, with the primary bedroom complete with an en suite full bath and a private balcony. Additional perks include eight beach chairs, one beach umbrella, high-speed WiFi, board games, and a beach buggy for carting gear to the beach.
