Exploring the Villa and Its Surrounding Areas
Upon parking your car on the main road or being dropped by your driver, a 200-steppath leads to the garden gate of the villa (please, pack light and be wel aware of this fact!). The property is a single-story construction, divided into two primary areas by a covered tunnel: daytime and nighttime.
On the right-hand side, the nighttime area features a single, triple, and double bedroom, along with a bathroom that incorporates a bathtub. Each bedroom is outfitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans, with the master double bedroom and the triple bedroom offering picturesque ocean views.
A charming covered patio, furnished as an outdoor dining area, connects the nighttime area to the daytime living space.
The latter consists of a spacious indoor dining and sitting room, a kitchen, and a second bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, hot water boiler, and Nespresso machine for your convenience.
Furthermore, the villa also contains a washing machine.
The majority of the villa's furnishings are original and well-maintained, with the garden serving as a delightful addition to the rental. It features multiple terraces surrounded by olive trees and other flora. One of these terraces includes BBQ and table facilities, ideal for hosting memorable dinners with a view!

Please note that to reach the villa, you will have to climb an outdoor set of mostly uneven steps, which are part of a typical path among the olive groves.
There is no porter service, so pack light. The villa was designed by a famous Italian architect and built in the 1960s. Although some of the furnishings are not new, the villa remains modern and up-to-date.
