MAIN FLOOR:
After using the Yale keypad lock to enter the main floor, you will walk into the beautifully designed living area. Enjoy watching television or using the record player. There is also a desk for a designated working area. From there you can access the half-bathroom or walk past it to enter the kitchen/dining area.
SECOND FLOOR:
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, desk and closet (where you can find a pack n??? play). The other bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.
THIRD FLOOR:
The third floor at the top of the home is a beautiful bedroom that has two queen-sized beds, along with an open closet concept in the corner of the room. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan.
On the third floor you will also find the laundry space that has a free washer and dryer.
BASEMENT:
The basement is locked for housekeeping supplies.
PATIO:
Enjoy some nice weather on the front patio.
PARKING:
There is a parking area behind the home for two vehicles. It is located just beyond the fence in the backyard. The street out front is also FREE street parking 24/7.
**High Chair can be requested as well and rented as noted for $30 for stay. This is not at the unit so will need to give us 24 hour heads up**","access":"You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in.
