The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on first floor with a queen size bed and a desk.
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the first floor with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 4: Fourth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 5: Fifth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, desk, sofa and 50" Smart TV
*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Washer and dryer included.
There is a sunroom with 10 person seating.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
The Neighborhood:
The property is a short drive to Ocean View Beaches, Downtown Norfolk, Norfolk Airport and Virginia Beach
Getting Around:
Guests are given five parking spots in the driveway.
All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Resumen: Stayed from 16-19 July 2024. Upon arrival, upstairs A/C was not working, grass was long and sunporch smelled strongly of cigarettes/possibly pot. A/C was never fixed. Only able to use upstairs shower ... shower was moldy. Sunporch smelled as badly when we left as when we arrived. Other concerns: • Windows were unlocked when we arrived. Able to lock downstairs windows, but some upstairs windows were unlockable. This scared our grandson. • Window blinds in a downstairs bedroom could not be closed or shuttered. One left the bottom of the widow uncovered. We had to hang a towel over the unblocked window and a tee shirt over a gap in the window slats. • The driveway from the street to the parking area is in disrepair. Our car scraped bottom in places. Parking area is nice but too narrow to turn around in. • 2 overflowing trash bins, trash bags/boxes were left the end of the driveway. Trash from previous renters was left in bin under the kitchen counter and in dustpan. • Arm of a plastic lawn chair in back yard snapped when it was sat on (140 pounds) and a crack in the seat pinched back of leg. • House was not well cleaned/organized. Sunporch had many cobwebs, dead bugs, etc. Front door was scratched and dinged. Wife stepped on an earring stud that had been left, piercing her heel. Towel rack came out of wall. Pictures on the VRBO web site do not reflect the current condition. Pictures looked nice ... Radnor House was dirty/tired. Did not meet our expectations.
