The Space:
Step into a unique, architecturally designed loft in the iconic New Yorker building. This converted heritage warehouse apartment combines character, comfort, and modern style — the perfect base for families or groups of up to 5.

• Loft with 1 Queen + 1 King Single (note: low ceilings at 165cm).

While there’s limited fresh air or breeze, the apartment stays cool and comfortable with central air conditioning and pedestal fans throughout the space.
PARKING: While there is no onsite or visitor parking at the building. This property is best suited to guests planning to use it as a central base without a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. For those who do drive, secure paid parking options are available nearby in the CBD.
