With the master bedroom on the 1st floor with windows looking out over ilfracombe with its own En-suite with bath it’s perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. There is more than enough space for eight adults or families with children. One room has bunk beds (can be made up on request) so maximum is 8 adults and 2 children under 12yrs due to bunk bed size (length 166 cm width 70cm)
LIVING AREA/ DINING AREA Furnished to a very high standard, with wood flooring, solid furniture, quality fixtures and fittings, the conservatory makes it bright, airy and spacious with spectacular views. There is comfortable sofas with 55” smart screen TV, Free sat and dvd player. Then dining for up to 10 people.
KITCHEN There is everything you could want in this kitchen for with a stress-free self-catering stay. Appliances include a large SMEG fridge with freezer box, un-counter freezer, gas oven with 4 gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. As well as an excellent selection of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery.

OUTDOORS Superb Views over Ilfracombe must be seen to appreciate, perfect and so peaceful. Outside on the patio doors there is a bench, steps next to house lead to 3 1/2 acres of woodlands with pathways leading through. The front garden is accessed by steps down from driveway. The garden is tiered with decking on top tier, swimming pool on middle tier and their is a bottom tier which has a flat grass area the size of tennis court ideal for games. There is decking area located off the driveway with steps to the original deck. With a large picnic bench seating 10 and fire pit bbq. The original Decking area is a Great space, very private and not over looked. It has a rattan dinning table seating for 8. The Pizza oven and fire pit BBQ Fantastic for al fresco dining, or breakfast with a view. Logs provided.
32ft by 16ft HEATED INDOOR POOL Open-March to September. Complete with changing room, shower and toilet. Located in front garden exclusive use every day from 9am- 6pm. Only closed on check out days. Please note: Towels for the pool are not provided only towels provided for the house. One towel per person and a hand towel for each bathroom are provided.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking outside. Please note that there are speed bumps and pot holes on the private road to house
