1. Pet Policy: Please note that our property is located within a Nature & ecologic conservation zone, and as such, we are unable to accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the local environment.
2. Off-Grid Experience: Embrace the off-grid lifestyle during your stay. The property does not have Wi-Fi access, allowing you to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.
3. Phone Network: Kindly be aware that Telstra network SIM cards do not work here. We recommend purchasing an Optus SIM card to ensure you have network coverage during your stay. For any urgent communication, military-grade emergency walkie talkie radios are provided.
4. Eco-Friendly Stay: In line with our commitment to sustainability, we provide only ECO products for your use. We kindly request that you use these products during your stay to help minimize our environmental impact.
5. Kitchen Facilities: While there is no microwave available, we do provide a benchtop oven/air fryer for your convenience plus a slow cooker, cooking a slow cooked, meal as you go out exploring the property. There is a Dishwasher, full-size oven / cook top, or you can enjoy outdoor cooking on the BBQ/Pizza oven. There is a reverse osmosis system for purified drinking water, plus a state-of-the-art large refrigerator with plumbed purified ice and water. This kitchen is well equipped with a good range of cooking equipment, deep air fryer, toaster, kettle, and a pod espresso coffee maker with frothed milk maker. Whip up a cake, with the cake tins, and elec. Mixers, or fill the kitchen with the smell of freshly baked cookies.
6. Bathroom: large roomy, the best glassless rain shower you have ever experienced.
7. Living area: Dart Board, Wine fridge, Large smart TV with ability to play DVD’s memory sticks, (which can be linked to your Optus card) Panasonic CD player, art corner, and plenty of open space, lit buy a chandler. Very comfortable large generous seating in an all-leather lounge suite, or just relax over dinner with comfortable leather dining chairs, a glass of Champaign, over a candle lit dinner.
8. Laundry: Washer, dryer, laundry tub plus outdoor cloths line, Vacuum.
9. Waste Disposal: Please be aware that there is no waste disposal service on the property. We kindly request that you take all rubbish with you when you depart. This helps maintain the pristine environment for future guests and local wildlife.
10. Solar-Powered Rainwater Retreat: Our property relies on solar power, with a petrol-powered backup generator in place. Hot water is run on gas. Plus, natural rainwater tanks. To ensure a comfortable stay and preserve the environment, we can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests would place too great a load on our solar / water system.
