We use 2 cleaning companies to clean our home after each stay from our guests, We also have various plug in Air filtering on the Home running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Also included in our Beautiful Clean Ranch Vacation Home are brand new furniture, big backyard and great amenities in the community, we are surrounded by the beautiful Mount Poconos and near every great main attraction, 5 minutes from Kalahari, 15 minutes from Camelbeach. Also very near to the other indoor water parks around the area, this home sleeps 10 with the beds in the rooms and the very comfortable sofá orthopedic twin bed, this is a great home to entertain with your family and friends, as former house renters, we know what you want in a vacation home, from HD TVs on all the Rooms with premier entertainment Apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, ESPN, Disney Plus and much more. Like we mentioned, the house has fresh towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included in your stay, oven, microwave, blender and all the needful utensils you need to cook up a great meal, or you can just order out from the many great restaurants that deliver to the house. A casino is nearby, all the Poconos water parks and main attractions are nearby, enjoy all the winter sports like skiing, snow tubing and boarding. Everything you need to have a great time on your trip here, You won’t regret your stay here!!!!! This home was carefully selected by our family to share with yours, we had rented in the Poconos for many years and we have gathered up everything you will need in this houses that was missing when we rented, enjoy your stay!!! It’s Very Important to note that we are the caretaker of the house, meaning that we don’t have a 3rd party watching over the house to make sure everything is up to date and kept to our super high standards for our guests, Just come Relax, live and Enjoy life.

• Boating & Fishing - The house is surrounded by 6 lakes and many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish. However, the most popular is the bass. The lakes are stocked each year with bass and are a catch and release only. Everyone is required to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania State license to fish the lakes. Can be purchased at nearby Walmart.
• Main Beach - This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road (a few minutes from the house). You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.
