This fine period villa provides luxurious home comfort for up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms, and air conditioning throughout the villa (500m²):
- The elegant ground floor hallway leads you into the spacious living area with comfy couches and TV, library and reading corner. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and wood-burning pizza oven. Relax and dine in the beautiful veranda-like dining room with fire place and large sliding windows giving access to the outside terrace and swimming pool. Accessible to elderly people there is a first bedroom with double king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and private small terrace.
- On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms (convertible in double), one bedroom with double king size bed, and one bedroom with double queen size bed. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom (shower with massage system) and a private small terrace.
- On the second floor is an attic bedroom with single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- To top it off the owner created on the basement level a charming wine and prosciutto tasting area, and a mini spa with steam bathroom, chromo therapy shower and relax room.

The Villa Concetta sits in an about 3000 sqm fenced sculpture garden with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, maintained in mint condition, barbeque, lounges and outdoor furnishing, swimming pool and shower. Beautiful garden surroundings with views over the lake to provide a truly lavish holiday experience on Lake Como.
From the villa a pedestrian path of Roman origin leads downhill (800m) to the centre of Argegno. The lakeside village offers a small but idyllic setting with a few restaurants, grocery store and ferry station. Argegno is situated half way between Como (20 km) and Menaggio (15 km) - part of the central ‘golden’ triangle with Bellagio and Varenna - the perfect place to easily explore all major tourist destinations of Lago di Como.
