With multiple distinct living and bedroom spaces and configurations, this home is your home away from home for multi generational family vacations, groups of friends or multiple families!
Entertainment options abound inside and outside this home situated on just shy of 1 acre. From foosball in the 2nd floor bonus hallway space to lively outdoor games of bocce or corn hole and evenings by the pool adjacent to the built in gas fire pit, this house has it all. As the sun sets on your Cape beach day (with perfect afternoon and evening sun hitting the back yard) unwind with a cocktail on the patio and seamlessly transition to the bbq and s’mores!
This family vacation home is stocked with child friendly amenities from crib and pack n play, baby bath tubs and high chairs to toys and games for kids of all ages. This is a vacation that will truly feel like a vacation for all.
This home is a spacious, family-friendly retreat offering ample room for relaxation and fun. The living room, complete with a gas fireplace, is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities..
The living room adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring brand new dishwasher and stainless appliances against newly updated cabinetry, a drip coffee pot, a high-end coffee grinder for the perfect brew, and baking and grilling tools abound. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find everything you need to make cooking a breeze. Eat in kitchen plus an additional formal dining room offer two comfortable spaces for family meals.Each dining table seats 6. Each dining table has two (four) additional chairs to expand seating to 8 in each room. Plus a Stokke Trip Trap High Chair for younger guests. It's the perfect spot to gather, enjoy delicious meals, and create lasting memories together.
The first floor features a comfortable queen bedroom with ensuite half bathroom. A separate den provides flexible family space including a queen sleeper, desk and stylish bookcase queen Murphy bed- if you didn't know, you wouldn’t guess it was there!
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an attached bonus room (with a door) furnished with a twin daybed, crib, and desk—perfect for families or working from home. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third is a spacious bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds. A bonus hangout area features a full-size sleeper sofa, foosball/air hockey table, wall tic-tac-toe, and a cozy children’s library window seat. The newly renovated second-floor bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and double vanity.

The home includes two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. On the first floor, there’s a half bath for guests and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower stall in the bedroom. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The lower level includes an additional half bath, and outside, a private shower is perfect after the pool or beach.
Outside, you’ll find a brand-new saltwater Gunite swimming pool and hot tub, offering a luxurious swimming experience. The saltwater system is gentle on the skin and provides a soothing atmosphere, perfect for swimming, lounging, or soaking in the hot tub. The pool area also includes a gas fire pit on the patio, ideal for evening relaxation or entertaining.
In the lower level, guests can enjoy entertainment as well as a 65" Smart TV with soundbar and plenty of toys and games for children of all ages (puzzles, board games, trucks, dinosaurs, STEM toys and more!). A newly updated half bathroom adds convenience in this area. Smart TVs are available in the living room and loewr level providing access to a variety of shows on yoursubscribed streaming channels for enjoyment. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, this is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

-You must sign the pool waiver form in order for us to provide keys to the pool area. If your reservation is not in the peak summer we make no assumptions that the pool will be open during your stay. Please ask us before reserving to clarify this.

-Pool security cover must be closed overnight or when not on premises/ pool not in use.
-Pool heater limited to 80*
-No smoking (of any kind) on property
-No illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to illegal substances
-Remove shoes inside the house. To prevent sand from gathering inside the house (and to prevent sandy sheets)

-Diaper aged children must wear swim diapers in pool and hot tub. An additional cleaning fee will be added if pool company requires additional cleaning.

-Do not leave windows open when not at the house or in inclement weather
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
