Al Dhafrah is one of the neighborhoods in The Greens that is lined with stylish and sophisticated low-rise towers. This place is ideal for small families, business men, couples, and groups of friends who want to spend time in this kind of community.
The Greens is also close to the Emirates Golf Club. Families will find it easy to spend time together playing golf and enjoying the sun.
Getting Around:
Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi. Greens has amazing and quick access to all of Dubai via Sheikh Zayed Rd. as well as Al Khail St.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or bus, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away on foot. Bus F35 goes to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, the Mall of Emirates, and the metro station with the same name that is also adjacent to it. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (25min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.
**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
*** Please be informed that due to essential maintenance work, gym in the building will not be operational from 19th November 2024 to 19th February 2025. During this time some gym equipment will be moved to the community hall for temporary use. Please be aware that there may be minor noise disturbances due to ongoing work. Residents who wish to book the community hall can use the hall in al samar or al ghozlan as per availability. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thankyou for your cooperation and understanding
***Please be advised that essential structural works in T2 Communities ( Al Dhafrah, Al Thayyal, Al Samar, Al Ghozlan, Al Arta & Al Alka ) has been extended.
