The elevated location of the villa allows uninterrupted and refreshing Mediterranean views that would take your breath away.
The villa is decorated with neutral colors that would help relax the guests and make them feel they are part of the natural surrounding, while providing luxurious accommodation.
The villa has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is the only room on the second floor that allows the guests full privacy with the breathtaking views of nature and amazing Mediterranean see. The balcony attached to this room provides a sanctuary that you will never forget the taste of the morning coffee you had along with the stunning views. The master bedroom also includes a private bathroom with all the convenience you’d look for. This light filled room offers air-conditioning for cooling and heating, as well as remote controlled light shade, allowing full darkness during the day.
Second and third bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. The stunning views are also available in the second bedroom, which also provides a one step access to the beautiful garden. This room also provides climate controlled temperature, as well as remote controlled shades. The third bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor as well, which benefits the garden side of the villa, allowing natural cooler inner temperatures.

The patio also provides a stunning outdoor dining area where you can have your breakfast while the sun is rising behind and dimmers where you can admire the beautiful sunset in front of you. Outdoor barbeque is also available for those grill masters to show of their grilling skills. While the villa is in the middle of nature, it is fully surrounded by fans that would give you a secure and safe accommodation from the wildlife.
Please keep in mind, while Villa Nomad’s unique location provides an amazing nature experience, the villa is reached after 4.5 kms dirt roads. The dirt road can be more suitable by a higher car such as SUV, a 4x4 may also recommended for rental car options for your convenience. While the navigation provides directions, there are multiple route variations to reach the villa, please contact with us for directions of the most convenient option to and from to the villa instead of the one recommended by the navigation.
Please consider the following before you book Villa Nomad;
-The Villa is in the nature, can be reached via dirt roads, closest town is 15 minutes away, closest supermarket is 7km away.
-While the villa is regularly cleaned and pest controlled, it is located in the natural habitat of animals, insects, bees, frogs etc. You may see insects, bees, small other creatures around. If you are allergic to bee stung, please consider prevention and precautionary actions. Keep in mind that you may need time to reach to closest emergency center.
-There are no street lights. The surroundings can be dark especially when there is no moonlight at night.
-The villa has a voltage regulator to protect the electronics against current shortages or surges. However, due to electrical infrastructure shortages, power can be out time to time. While this is not very common, power outages may occur during the days when there is no sufficient current on the powerline.
-There is no garbage removal service provided by the local municipality. Please follow the house rules regarding garbage removal. You are not allowed to leave garbage outside as it may attract wildlife.
-The garden has two levels approximately 3 meters apart. The lower level is not permitted and not a space included in your rental. Also, the lower level is not protected with guard rails. You may fall and seriously injure yourself. Please stay away from the edge of the upper garden, keep an eye on the children.
-There is no lifeguard on the pool. The pool has a shallow level and a deep level (1.6 meter). There is no transition between the two levels. Please keep an eye on the small children as they may fall into the deeper part of the pool. Never let children use the pool unattended.
-Always ensure children are under supervision without exception, both within and outside the villa premises that are part of the rental space.
-The left side of the main entrance to villa premises is not permitted. This space is not included in your rental and is separated by a wooden fence, situated about 6 meters away (high) from the villa's level. Please be aware that there are no guard rails in this area. You may fall and seriously injure yourself.
-Security cameras on property
There are security cameras surrounding the outer space of the villa for front side, both left and right sides and back side. There are no indoor cameras. All cameras will be turned off during the stay except the one showing parking area.
-The villa owners shall not be held liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the duration of the stay.
