You enter the apartment on the ground floor and adjacent to the hallway you'll find the first toilet. The dining area is next to the modern kitchen with bar, which is fully equipped: there is a dishwasher, a luxurious 5-burner gas hob, two ovens, a big refrigerator and freezer, wine refrigerator, and of course a Nespresso machine to get your morning started. The living room has a big and comfortable couch, where you can enjoy the large flat screen TV with HD television channels and Netflix & Disney+.
Via the living room you can enter the sunny and large garden of 60 m2 facing the south. It has a comfortable loungeset, outdoor dining area, play area for kids, and a kamado BBQ at your disposal. You may also choose to spend your evening on the bench at the front side of the apartment!
Via the indoor stairs you reach the completely renovated (2024) basement with 2 bedrooms, 1 children's room, the bathroom, separate second toilet and washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wardrobes . On the opposite side of the hallway is the second bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed. Next to the second bedroom you will find the children's room, separated by luxurious steel frame doors. There you may find a cot and changing table, and we can install a second baby cot on request.
The recently renovated bathroom is luxurious and equipped with a shower and bathtub. We provide the blankets, towels, soaps and lotions for your convenience :)
