The Space:
This sleek modern studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable place to stay that’s in a great location in Puerto Escondido! Close to home are tons of restaurants to try out, beaches to visit, and loads of water activities to experience! Between outings, you can enjoy the glorious pool and hammocks where you can rest, relax, and recharge! There’s also a rooftop terrace where you can watch a colorful sunset as the sun slowly sinks into the sea. During your stay, we can help you coordinate a tour, book a taxi or transportation from the airport to the house. We will provide you with safe taxi numbers, car and motorcycle rentals, little errands and more.
The main spaces of the 30 sqm, ground-floor studio:
- The studio features 1 king bed and a full bathroom to accommodate 2 guests comfortably.
- There is a desk and chair so that you can comfortably work on the laptop if needed.
- A well-equipped kitchen that has the basic cookware/dishware that you’d need to prepare homemade dishes. Let’s not forget a coffee maker for that essential morning coffee and a blender for those afternoon mixers! At the breakfast bar you can enjoy your homemade creations or relax while doing meal prep.
Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the Studio "Erizo" which is located inside a property with 5 units, all have a shared main entrance, but each studio is independent of the other. They share certain communal areas, such as the pool, patio, and rooftop terrace.
The Neighborhood:
Puerto Escondido is known for its amazing food, water activities, and probably more than anything surfing! Playa Zicatela is the ultimate proving ground for advanced and daring surfers, a no-go zone for the uninitiated. La Punta, just 10 minutes south of Zicatela, is an excellent surfing spot for the intermediate level. For beginner surfers, your best bet is Playa Carrizalillo.
While Puerto Escondido is definitely most well-known for its famous surf, snorkeling and scuba diving are not to be left out! Located on the Pacific coast, the ocean here boasts abundant sea life and coral. Puerto Escondido has a variety of calm beaches that make up the best places for these activities, such as Carrizalillo, Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo, and Coral Beach. If you get the chance to go out on a boat, you’ll probably encounter schools of dolphins or, if you’re lucky, humpback whales!

The property is located about 7.3 km | 4.5 miles from the Puerto Escondido International Airport. Puerto Escondido is a small town and the coolest way we recommend you to get around is by scooter, we will give you recommendations of car and motorcycle rental places, but we will also give you contacts of trusted taxis. If you’re arriving by car, there’s parking available.

Please note that children below 12 years old are not allowed in this property.
The Wi-Fi connection is a residential service and in the area, it could have some fails or saturation during rush hour. Please keep this in mind.
There is no daily housekeeping. For stays of 7 or more nights, there is a change of sheets and towels at no extra charge for half of your reservation, 1 per week. If you require a change of sheets for stays of less than 6 nights, an additional $180 is charged.
There may be some construction noise heard during the day.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper and shampoo. Just note these items are not replenished.
Surveillance devices are on the outside of the home only for security purposes and do not invade private spaces.
Guests will find free street parking, first come first serve.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 6 pm to 6 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not permitted.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you at the property to check you in. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your approximate arrival time.
