The Space:
Settle into a lifestyle suited to sun, surf and sandy feet at this beautiful beachy retreat in Buddina. Inviting family and friends to catch up and thrive in the coastal climate, this home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living-areas and a great garden perfect for children and pets to play. Situated in a secluded street in Buddina, this coastal home is an awesome abode appointed specifically for holiday makers.
Upon entering, you will arrive in the air-conditioned living space that extends into the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Characterised with modern furnishings and high quality appliances, the kitchen features a butlers pantry, island bench seating and an abundance of utensils. Across from the kitchen is the dining space that is complete with a six-seater dining table. Comfortable and cosy, the living space caters completely to movie nights, card games and relaxing in general with its smart TV and comfortable couch. This space is also equipped with an old school arcade game that is perfect for entertaining the kids (and the big kids at heart!).
The downstairs of the home is complete with three of the four bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Bedroom one is located at the front of the home and features a plush queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedrooms two and three are located to the back of the home and also feature comfortable queen-sized beds, ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobes.
The main bathroom is modern and features a shower, vanity, bathtub and separate toilet. There is also laundry room with a washing machine.
The downstairs of the home also features an office that caters perfectly to those needing some privacy to work from home.
Head upstairs to the second level of the home to find the second living area. Equipped with another TV, this room provides plenty of privacy and space for kids or parents to make use of.
The master suite is spacious and luxe with a plush king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Featuring an arched mirror, an open shower, double vanity and toilet, the ensuite is modern and moody in design.
The outdoors of this home features an outdoor bar, alfresco seating and plenty of green grass for children and pets to play alike. There is also an outdoor shower for convenience catering to beach-goers wanting to wash off before heading inside. Fully fenced and secure, the backyard wraps around the entire home. At the front of the home is another spot with outdoor seating and a fire pit positioned perfectly to enjoy some toasted marshmallows or some warmth in the winter.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of the garage.

The home is just minutes to Kawana Shopping World which features over 100 specialty stores, restaurants, and gold class cinemas. This shopping world is one of the biggest retail shopping precincts on the Sunshine Coast.
Buddina is central to a variety of Sunshine Coast locations and attractions.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The home is located just a short walk away from Nicklin Way and Kawana Shopping World where the main bus services are available and operate frequently.

*We offer a complementary clean and linen turnover for any stays longer than 3 weeks.
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*We professionally & hygienically clean using medical grade disinfectant and strict cleaning protocols including all surfaces, light switches, handles & remotes etc. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
