Other Things to Note:
By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors). Potential for Noise: The apartment is located on a very busy street with traffic at all hours. We provide guests with earplugs to ensure a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays exceeding 9 nights, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning service that must be covered by the guest. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Only 1 service animal is allowed. - Please note that for long stays of 30 days or more, a mandatory cleaning will be scheduled and paid for by guest halfway through the stay.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
