Resumen: The location of the building is good and the rooftop was perfect for New Years Eve festivities. However, the building has quite a bit of deferred internal and external maintenance and we had issues with two of the showers. The sleeping arrangements are difficult due to one room being largely open and facing bright lights and a lower bedroom being half opaque glass and very difficult to sleep in as well due to lighting. All the beds creak and are exceptionally noisy. I would advise against the place for family trips.
