Surrounded by nature, and built with natural materials, the villa offers majestic views of the setting sun and Paradise Beach. Scarlet has private landscaped gardens as well as a green grass lawn by the pool. The large 120 sqm pool has a reverse swimming feature and there is an adjacent hot tub for up to 12 people. There are two sun-lounging areas, one by the pool and one on a lower-level, which has a center fireplace for those special moments under the stars after a long day of holiday bliss. As if all this wasn’t enough, there is also another private jetted and heated pool outside one of the bedroom suites, and 2 of the suites share an outdoor hot tub. For your alfresco dining there is an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill for the private chef to cook, while you relax and unwind in your paradise villa.

Scarlet is a contemporary, stylish modern property, with top-quality interior design and amenities. The cool, neutral tones, the marble flooring and dark wood finishing create an ambience of total luxuriousness. The spacious living room has huge window doors onto the pool terrace, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for up to 10 guests leading to the outdoor dining area, and there is also a fitted bar area for your morning espresso. On the upper level there are 2 master bedrooms, sharing an outdoor hot tub, while on the ground level there are 4 deluxe bedrooms with access to the terrace. There is also an independent guest suite accessed through the garden, with its own private heated and jetted swimming pool with a sundeck. Every part of the villa has modern ambient lighting to create the perfect setting for your perfect luxury vacation.
