This modern, stylish holiday home sits on a large lifestyle block a 10 minute drive from Mangawhai Village. With all day sun and beautiful views over rolling countryside, it is an idyllic setting to get away from it all while still being close to everything the area has to offer. With great entertaining options both inside and out and a heated swimming pool (available from Labour Weekend to ANZAC Weekend), you might not want to leave.
The three bedroom, two bathroom (plus separate toilet) house sleeps 8, and separate to the house is a cabin with toilet that sleeps a further 2 (Please note that as the cabin is within the fenced pool area it is suitable for ages 12+ ONLY). The house is tastefully decorated and well set up for your holiday retreat. For winter stays a fireplace helps to keep things cozy.
After a day at the beach this is a fantastic oasis to retire to, particularly when Mangawhai is at its busiest. Sit out on the deck and admire the view or play a game of petanque on the purpose-built court. If the weather isn't so flash there is a large Smart TV for entertainment. There is also one alpaca resident on the property although it may shortly be re-homed.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Mangawhai under two hours from Auckland. Grab you friends and family for a truly memorable stay.

Please be aware that as a rural property, there may be hazards such as unfenced water and livestock. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of this property for your group and children must be supervised at all times whilst outside.
Pets are permitted but they must be kept under control at all times and they must not be allowed to enter the enclosure where the alpaca is kept (electrified fence). Please assess the suitability of your pet to bring to a property where livestock are kept.
The swimming pool is available only from Labour weekend to ANZAC weekend.
The Bunk set is a Single over Double Bunk bed.
There is a long gravel driveway and due to the nature of these driveways they can be a bit uneven and may not be suitable if your car is particularly low.
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
