Quiet, well-kept, family-friendly, neighborhood. This is a FAMILY neighborhood so we are very strict about bringing any outside activities INSIDE by 10pm and keeping the noise level down.
Just a few blocks to I-235 which will connect you with I-35 and I-80 in just a matter of minutes. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a mile. Downtown Des Moines is just minutes down I-235 and Adventureland is only 20 minutes away.
For your stay, we provide a starter kit for essentials and toiletries:
