Watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV while you sit back on the sectional with seating for four. Plop down into the island-themed chair and get lost in the pages of a good book from the provided reading library. The nearby at the dining table and kitchen island provides additional seating for ten more.
KITCHEN & DINING
Craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, you'll find seating for six at the dining table with an additional four at the kitchen island.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home sleeps 13 comfortably – up to 11 adults due to bunk bed limitations. The home features 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with bunks, and a sleeper sofa.
The first-floor bedroom of the house boasts a plush queen-size bed and flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A full bathroom with standing shower is located on the first-floor and the bedroom features direct access to it. This bedroom contains a private access from outside via the French doors and a working desk for when those emails can't wait.
The second-floor master bedroom contains a luxurious king-size bed and access to the private 2nd-floor balcony with seating for four. Grab an ice cold glass of sweet tea and watch the sun sink below the trees on your west-facing balcony. The master bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom with standing shower and separate jetted tub. A queen-size sleeper sofa is available in this room as well.
The third guest room provides the perfect haven for families wanting to stay together. With a queen-size bed and attached bonus room (separated by a barn door) with a full-over-full bunk bed (with pullout twin trundle,) and access to an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination, this room is sure to be the center of the action! Wall-mounted TVs in both the guest bedroom and the bonus room will keep everyone entertained. A working desk is provided so those school project deadlines can be met, even while on vacation.
HOUSE AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor so you won't have to worry about packing any dirty clothes for the trip home.
Soleil provides an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Relax on the back patio at the outdoor dining table with seating for four. The private jetted and heated splash pool is sure to be a focal point of your trip, so take a dip and then work on your tan in the poolside lounge chair. When it's time for an afternoon snack, whip something up on the provided grills – gas or charcoal for your preference. After dinner, grab a drink and play a game of cornhole using the provided cornhole boards, or challenge your friends to a round of darts on the electronic wall-mounted dart board.
PARKING
Guests may park up to three vehicles in the driveway of the home depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Some overflow parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis near the entrance to the neighborhood.
THE AREA
If you do want to venture away from the home's ample supply of things to do, head a few minutes east to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home's prime location ensures easy access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB by way of public beach access 66, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options as well as ice cream and candy shops within walking distance. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.
