Land of Paradise is a private, hidden gem, an oasis set amongst 6 acres of natural bush, complete with a tranquil lake and relaxing gardens. Ideally located to enjoy all that Yallingup has to offer, and after a day exploring the nearby stunning beaches, wineries, breweries and galleries, it’s a joy to come home to.
With its 5 bedrooms x 3 bathrooms, Land of Paradise sleeps 10 in comfort, with only 2 people per room and 3 large bathrooms with 3 toilets, it has the bonus of privacy and space for everyone. It is the perfect all year round holiday home with air-conditioning and fans for summer and cozy fireplaces, air-conditioning and room heaters for winter. A bag of firewood is provided on your arrival in winter (May-October.)
The first thing you will notice upon entering the property is the zen like energy. Impressive stone Buddha statues guard the entrance to the home and are dotted throughout the pretty gardens. Large lawns, lake and gardens are a haven for local wildlife, kangaroos, ducks, birds and frogs. Nothing says country more than the symphony of their collective sounds.
This artistic, architect designed, two storey home, with its soaring timber cathedral ceilings, mezzanine living area with a balcony offering glorious views of the lake, massive windows and glass doors to bring the outside in, vibrant colours and walls of art is truly something different.
The main house is a 4 x 2 and the separate impressive 60 m2 Lake House is 1 x 1 plus living. All linen is provided.
You enter the main house and instantly are drawn to the height and space of the open area. Dining room to the left with a 10 seater table and kitchen with granite bench tops, marri cupboards, massive oven, double fridges plus separate freezer, microwave and everything you need to cook up a feast. A nespresso pod coffee maker is provided. Down the passage to three bedrooms, two with queen beds and glass sliding doors opening out to either the rear garden deck or the covered alfresco and the third with 2 king single beds. These share a bathroom with shower, granite bench, marri cupboards and artistic stone heart flooring.
Moving up the jarrah and steel staircase you will find the mezzanine living area with its three large comfy leather couches and large TV with a Chromecast to access all your favourite apps, a wonderful spot to gather together for a quiet drink, TV time and to take in the view from the balcony, which you enter from two sets of sliding doors. Also on this level, which is not carpeted, is the massive main bedroom with a king-sized bed, which overlooks the country garden, natural bush and decked courtyard. It has its own large ensuite with indulgent bath tub, a hand shower (not screened) and stone and marri double vanity.
The verandahs lead to a BBQ area and undercover, carpeted alfresco with a delightful wall length mural of the cape and its lighthouse. Outdoor table setting for 10, giving you the perfect outdoor dining experience with views of the garden and lake.
A lit paved walkway leads to the large Lake House haven, also with timber cathedral ceilings, a wall of glass sliding doors giving a beautiful, close up view of the lake and lawn. Here you will find the supreme bedroom with a king-sized bed, its own living area complete with art, lounges, TV, dining area, fireplace, air-conditioner, bathroom and laundry. The Lake House offers a multitude of additional uses. Somewhere for the kids to relax and watch a movie; a quiet zone to have a private time out from the group activities or maybe a grandparents retreat for a family holiday. Everyone will want the Lake House as their room!
The house and top and rear gardens are fenced to provide a safe area for well-behaved dogs.

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.
No pets to be left unattended at any time. No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 10 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
