The space
Welcome to my recently renovated Victorian flat. Experience the vibrant energy and rich history of London while enjoying a comfortable and memorable stay in a home away from home.
A leisurely 15-minute stroll will bring you to Shepherds Bush station where you can catch a fast train to explore London's major attractions. Here you will also find the renowned Westfield Shopping Centre, where you can indulge in a shopping spree to your heart's content.
The flat is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building (there is no lift). The high ceilings bring a sense of spaciousness and an airy atmosphere to the flat.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor of my flat offers a cozy living area featuring a comfortable 4-seater sofa and coffee tables for convenience. Adjacent to it, there is a welcoming dining space with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals and engaging in lively conversations.
There is also a TV with access to Freeview channels via Virgin (You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc). The feature fireplace adds warmth, charm, and an architectural interest to the space.
Step into the modern kitchen, where culinary possibilities abound with an array of appliances including an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, ensuring all your cooking and beverage needs are effortlessly met.
Experience the comfort and tranquility as you sink into the double bed allowing you to enjoy a restful night's sleep after a long day.
SECOND FLOOR
As you ascend to the second floor of the flat, you'll discover a refreshing 3-piece bathroom suite, where a power shower cascades over the inviting bathtub, offering a rejuvenating bathing experience.
Finally indulge in the comfort of a spacious bedroom adorned with a king-sized bed, providing you with ample space to stretch out and sleep tight.
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished accompanied by high-quality bedding, to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobes and bedside cabinets offer ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings.
A two minute walk will bring you to Uxbridge Road where you'll find a range of boutiques, cafés and restaurants to suit every taste.
The stunning Ravenscourt Park located a short 10-minute walk away, offers visitors a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, with picturesque gardens and serene river views.
On street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or at a pay machine. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a LIDL supermarket a few minutes walk away.

TELEVISION
TV has access to Freeview channels via Virgin. Applications like Netflix are available for guests to use their OWN accounts.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them.
DURING YOUR STAY
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for additional charge.
*No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

Additional rules
Self check-in via lock box. One extra night will be charged for late check out.
The flat is unsuitable for children under 12 years.
Please note that a fee of £75 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them.
Please respect our lovely neighbours and keep the noise down. If there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council.
No parties will be tolerated. An extra £250 will be charged should any house rules be broken.
When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows and turn off the heating.
