Entry and Arrival
Drive through hand-crafted security entry gates to a private courtyard with two double garages and parking for up to 6 large vehicles.
The 29-step custom circular mahogany stairs lead up from the entry to the 2nd floor. Or choose to take the custom high-speed hydraulic elevator for easy upstairs access.
Above each garage are bespoke fully equipped guest studio apartments with full kitchens. One is directly attached to the villa and the other offers a private exterior entrance, separate from the main villa.

Custom hand-carved mahogany & cedar, double French doors with Rocky Mountain hardware lead you into the 25-foot vaulted foyer and palatial living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, showcasing gorgeous panoramic ocean views over the private pool deck and barefoot beach.
The main villa offers 12,000 square feet of opulent living space. Solid mahogany doors are installed throughout the villa accented by light sand-toned rich Italian marble.
The large dining room area features a custom hardwood solid oak table and custom Norwegian dining chairs with sheep covering seats, and seating for 12.
Paradis Sur Mer features an all-new ultra-quiet Daikin central AC system. Each room is equipped with individually controlled thermostats, allowing for personalised temperature settings.
Hurricane-rated doors and windows enhance not only security but sound suppression as well. This gated, and walled estate is a fortress, and every security detail has been seamlessly engineered into its design.
This LEED-certified, energy-efficient home, features mature indigenous tropical landscaping and foliage, requiring no irrigation.
Paradis Sur Mer is on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac road in Cayman Kai and enjoys limited vehicular traffic.

Bedroom Accommodations
Paradis Sur Mer comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.
Select from among 6 ensuite bedrooms, including the 2,500 sq. ft expansive primary suite with breathtaking elevated views of the ocean, his and her bathrooms, and closets, plus a full wraparound balcony, with stainless steel side track shutters that can open to the gentle breeze.

· South Suite – upper level, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the expansive wrap-around balcony, including a mother-of-pearl steam room, waterproof sound speaker, and ensuite bath with shower.
· North Suite – upper-level king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the expansive wrap-around balcony, ensuite bath with shower.
· North Apartment – private entry, upper-level, king bed, large flat panel TV, kitchenette with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, plus ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
· South Apartment – private entry, upper-level, king poster bed, large flat panel TV, kitchenette with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, plus ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
Each of the bed mattresses is of the highest quality. A mid-week housekeeping is included. Daily housekeeping is available as an additional purchase through the concierge.
Additional Features
For work-from-home professionals, a new high-speed fibre internet connection has been wired to the property. Multiple users and devices can now connect to the internet to work remotely with reliable speeds and increased bandwidth. The home office is also equipped with a desktop printer.
The villa features a state-of-the-art SONOS entertainment system throughout, powered by 15 SONOS amplifiers. Each room has custom music and sound remotely controlled by iPad Mini’s, providing each guest with their own individual audio and music preferences.
Each Samsung smart television included the FLOW cable channels, Apple TV and Netflix.
Top-end Hunter Douglas PVC plantation blinds are used throughout on the windows for beauty, functionality and privacy. No seam motorized large privacy screens are installed throughout, providing one-touch opening and closing over door-to-ceiling entries and windows.
Weighted curtains at the base provide minimum movement with breezes when doors are opened.
Soft close solid wood drawers and cabinet doors add to the luxurious environment throughout the villa.
Gourmet Indoor & Outdoor Kitchens
Both Paradis Sur Mer's indoor & outdoor kitchens are a gourmet chef's dream. The main indoor kitchen features a 'La Cornue' rotisserie & 9 9-burner gas stove that are as much an artful centrepiece as they are functional. Just behind the main kitchen is the prep kitchen, with 3 Sub Zero refrigerators along with custom beverage & wine storage.
The villa offers an expansive fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fridges, outdoor sink, wet bar sink, dishwasher, beverage coolers, 6 warming drawers, refrigerated drawers, ice machines, an outdoor oven, expansive built-in Lynx BBQ grills, and even a Lynx pizza oven.
Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are designed with side entrances for private chefs and staff to provide minimal interruption for guests. As such, there is no need for staff to enter through the main villa.
Only the highest-quality appliances are installed throughout.
The outdoor Kegerator is equipped with a complimentary fresh keg of ice-cold premium brand draft beer upon your arrival.
The waterfront-covered dining area features a rich deep deep-toned amazing Brazilian Ipay hardwood dining table with seating for 18–20 people.

On the pool deck there is custom teak seating, including 2 teak deck loungers.
Paradis Sur Mer is complete with a private dock with an over-the-ocean gazebo, 2 teak deck loungers, and stainless-steel cleats for easy jet ski docking.

Beach Details
The beach at Paradis Sur Mer is pure soft sand with barefoot entry into the shallow warm water. 12 Teak beach loungers with custom Sunbrella cushions.
There is a sandbar out about 100 yards with ankle-deep water for games. The water is usually very calm and clean with the most beautiful cerulean, blue color. We do have some seasonal soft grass in the water, but nothing to interrupt your enjoyment.
The sandy beach is sloped to provide privacy around the pool area from passersby, but also provides plenty of room for throwing a frisbee, or football, or taking long barefoot walks south or a shorter walk north to the Rum Point Club for watersports, fine dining or casual dining with a beach bar.
General Grand Cayman Beach Details
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the 75 ft. highwater mark.
The shoreline quality behind the property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns.
The next-door Rum Point beach is also always available for your use.
The Paradis Sur Mer beach, pool and gardening services are performed each Thursday.
Seaweed
Grand Cayman may also experience floating seaweed seasonally.
Seaweed is a generally harmless floating seaweed that slightly increases in frequency during the summer months.
The Paradis Sur Mer beach is cleaned weekly and is prepared, cleaned and raked for all guest arrivals.
